    I so enjoyed your conversation with Sheila Anderson. I learned about the
    impact of color and the importance of knowing about the importance of the 7 seconds and 12 words when introducing ourselves.
    I also enjoyed learning about the one word we want to be known for, I am going to think about that….
    I think what was so helpful is when Sheila stated that as an image coach she
    wants to “enhance your image while remaining true to the real you.”
